Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bt777's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Inactivity: accounts that have not had any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after the dormancy period, details of which will be communicated to the Player via their registered email address before any fee is applied.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bt777 Account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bt777 relating to the Platform, these Terms, or any specific transaction or game outcome, the following process shall apply:

During any active dispute, bt777 may place a temporary hold on the Player's Account balance equal to the amount in dispute. This hold will be released upon resolution of the dispute.

bt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, bt777 will notify Players via their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bt777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — may be made without advance notice.
